Dr. Komal S Deshpande (M.Com., AICWA) has completed her Ph.D in Finance from Dr. D.Y.Patil University. She has independently undertaken maintenance of Corporate Accounts including preparation of Annual Accounts & Audit, Tax Assessments, Employee Taxation, etc. She has also independently handled Imports, arranging of Fund & Non Fund Based limits, negotiation of documents through Letter of Credits, Bank Guarantees etc. and handled sizeable Fixed Deposits Portfolio of the Company.
She is a visiting faculty for Corporate Accounts, Corporate Finance, Advanced Costing, Security Analysis & Portfolio Management, Management Control Systems & other related finance subjects and is currently associated with FLAME & Dr. D.Y. Patil University.
