Know Your Entrepreneurial Quotient (EQ)

The participants will be sent invitations for 2 online tests as the payment is made for the program. They are required to take the test before the program. On the first day group and individual assessment will be discussed in class. These tests are from a company "Central Test" based in United States. Central Test Personality Inventory-R (CTPI-R) is specifically designed to help you evaluate the entrepreneurial potential, managerial potential, behavioral competencies, and leadership skills.

The test examines 19 dimensions categorized into four groups:

• Monitors social desirability
• Both Tabular and graphic presentation of the profile and the 19 personality traits
• Profile summary with personalized comments and definitions of each trait provided
• Matches the candidate's scores with 21 major workplace competencies
• Matches the candidate's profile with 4 thinking and working styles

Occupational Interest Inventory is designed to be used in a wide spectrum of career guidance activities. It helps candidates choose an occupation, plan their career, and grow as professionals in the workplace.

The assessment, based on Riasec model, measures levels of interest in 12 domains and matches the candidate's profile with a list of 80 occupations across various sectors and fields.
